I had completed mba from nagpur university but i want to do HR from pune university.Please give me some suggestions.

HR is a good stream to consider. Although you have not mentioned which stream have you done your MBA from. This is important as doing a double specialisation in MBA can be a problem as it would require a lot of justification. However, here is what you can do:

1. Try to analyse what stream of MBA have you done from Nagpur University. If it is not already in HR, then you can again enrol for a double MBA from the same university.

2. MBA stands for Masters for Business Administration. It is 2 year program which is of post graduate level and can be done by anyone who is a graduate in ANY stream from a recognised college / university.

3. HR stands for Human Resources and therefore it concerns with people matters, administration, operations, hiring, staffing, managing payroll etc. Though, it is seldom well paid it is a fairly good stream to start your career with.

As per my suggestion, I would NOT suggest doing a double MBA. Thus, if you have done your MBA in HR then its fine otherwise do not waste another 2 years of your life in doing so. Make your career in the domain you have studied your MBA in.
