CLAT is an examination that is held in all India bases. This examination is meant for gaining admission to 12 national law colleges in the country. The expansion of CLAT is Common Law Admission Test and is conducted by the ministry of HRD. CLAT paper is for a total of 200 marks and consists of a total of 200 questions. The subjects for the examination includes English for 40 marks, general knowledge for 50 marks, elementary maths for 20 marks, legal aptitude test for 45 marks and logical reasoning for 45 marks.
