Yes you are eligible for APTRANSCO once you complete your B.Tech degree.
Here are the qualifications:
Age Limit: Candidates age should be below 34 years.
Educational Qualification: Candidate should possess BE/B.Tech/ A.M.I.E in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and Telecommunications or equivalent qualification.
Selection Process: The selection of candidates is based on written examination.
How to apply: The eligible and interested candidates have to apply through online from the websites http://www.aptransco.gov.in/ & http://aptransco.cgg.gov.in/.

Yes , a b.tech passed out with eee , ece streams are most welcome for this exam

generally , in this sector , a lot of jobs are alloted for eee graduates

the age shouldbe below 30 years
there will be a relaxation of 3 to 5 years for sc, st, bc persons
