EIILM is recognized by the University Grant Commission and also approved by the Joint Council of UGC-DEC-AICTE, where DEC stands for Distance education Council and AICTE stands for All India Council for Technical Education but the recognition of these joint council is not considered equivalent to AICTE approval.

The University is not approved by the All India Council for Technical Education.
Therefore, candidates willing to pursue Masters of Business Administration, mus not opt for an university which is not approved by the All India Council for Technical Education.
