Dear Aspirant

Sure, you can join Indian Air Force After 12th standard.
If you you want to become a pilot in Indian Air Force then you have to appear in NDA entrance Exam conducted by Union Public Service Commission of Indian twice in a Year for aspirants who wants to join Indian Army, Navy, Air Force after 12th standard.

Qualification Required to join NDA-Air Force:

• You should have passed 12th standard with Physics, Chemistry, Maths Subjects from recognized school.
  
• You can also apply for NDA while studying in Class 12th.
  
• NDA has no restriction on 12th percentage of Marks.

Age Requirements:

• To appear in NDA, your Age should be between 16.5 to 19 years.
  
• You should be an Indian Citizen.

Note:- Only Unmarried male candidates allowed to join NDA.

Scheme of NDA exam:

You can become a pilot in Indian Air Force after passing 12th standard in Science stream with Mathematics through NDA.

You can become a pilot in Indian Air Force by giving NDA entrance examination which is conducted by UPSC twice in years as NDA-I & NDA-II.

Eligibility requirement for NDA Exam :

• You should have completed 12th standard in Science(with PCM subjects) stream from recognized university board.

• Candidate appearing/appeared in 12th standard are also eligible to appear in NDA examination.

• You Age should not be below 16.5 years & should not be above 19 years.

• You should be Indian Citizen.

• Only unmarried male candidates are eligible to appear in NDA Examination.

Application Procedure:

• You can apply for NDA in online mode only. To apply online www.upsconline.nic.in

Selection Procedure:

The selection process for NDA contain 3-stages->

• Written Exam
• Interview
• Medical test.

Exam Pattern & syllabus for NDA written test:

There will be written Examination for total of 900 marks in two Subjects.

• Mathematics - Maximum marks is 300 and the duration of the test is 2.5 Hrs.

• General Ability Test - Maximum marks is 600 and the duration of the test is 2.5 Hrs.

The papers in both the subjects will consist of objective type questions only.
