There are various Universities offering M.Tech program, and the Fee structure of every University varies from each other. The duration of the program is two years and comprises of four semester. Following are the list of some of the best Universities offering M.Tech programs along with their tuition fees:

• SRM University [M.Tech] – Rs. 1,00,000 per annum.
  
• VIT University[M.Tech] –Rs. 1,25,000 per annum
  
• Amity University[M.Tech] – Rs. 56,000 per semester
  
• LPU [M.Tech] – Rs. 59,500 per semester
  
• KIIT University Rs. 55,000 per annum.

Above mentioned are only Tuition fees. Additional fees are excluded. For detail one may refer to the official websites of the Universities.

For taking admission in M.Tech Course you will have to apply for GATE(Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering).This exam is conducted by the Indian Institute of Technology every year.Exam notification for GATE Comes in the month of September every year.For this year it will comes in the month of September.Its Entrance will be taken in the January 2014.

To apply for this exam you will require to meet these Eligibility conditions :

Educational qualification (in any one):-

• You should have a 4 years Engineering degree from recognized
university.

• You should have Post Graduation degree in Computer Application.

• You should have Integrated Post Graduation degree of 4 years in
Information Technology/Computer Application.

Exam pattern of GATE :-
