hi ,friends iam ramya i am pursing my b.tech 3rd year ,i want to be a good employee & get a handsome salary .so,what are the steps to be taken?

A good employee is person you gives the best output in the company. The employee should be first of all highly efficient. There should be minimum errors in the work. Also it is important that the employee should be able to help others in improving their productivity. He also must be dedicated in nature. As of now you should concentrate in your studies and secure good marks. With hard work and dedication yous should surely be able achieve your goal.

First of all your aim should not be to earn at the first instant. First try to aim for a job and then if you do good work money will follow you. No doubt

To become a good employee you should be dedicated to what you do. You should be able to be as productive and profitable to the company.

You should also have good knowledge of the work you are doing. You should be able to help other in all needs and deeds.

Try not to create havoc for the company officials otherwise you can mess up with you job. Rest depends on you experience. With experience you will surely be able to come up as a good employee!

There is no any shortcut tricks to become a good employee but i am providing you some suggestion which can be helpful :

(1)Don't try to just earn money from the company. Try your level best to complete the task given to you in the time period with absolute accuracy.

(2)You should have good knowledge about the work you are going to do so that you can give your best.

(3) nothing better than your quality of work can impress your boss.

(4)be sincere in your work

(5)don't try to show yourself as it may have repulsive effect.

(6)Be cool and patient . this will surely impress your boss and other persons as well.

if you performed your work with accuracy and managed to impress your offficial then you will be promoted along with your salary.

Hard work and dedication is the key to success. A good employee is one who is ready to sweat it out and deliver according to needs for the company. To be a good employee you need to work for the company, not yourself. Dont worry about the money part, success follows those who work hard. You should have good knowledge of what you are doing. Without knowledge you stand nowhere. Now you are studying, so study hard. When it comes to a job work as if it is your religion and be dedicated. Success will follow you.

Well earning a good salary depends on many factors.. rising up career ladder you have to be a good networking person so that you get chance to join better company and to know about better jobs .. remember jack always helps
Being good at doing what you do would also help in your career persuit.
first of all learn good communication skills, be soft spoken, present minded, always be well dressed and read a lot( this way you get to know what intellectuals think and know.. g8 isn't it)
let others speak and listen to them give credit to you subordinates and respect you seniors.

1. After joining the service, first you must know the goal of the
organisation.

2. You should have perfect knowledge of the system, on which you are
going to work.

3. Judge the weaknesses and try to over come on them.
