Can i get any IIT r Universities for 33 marks nd rank of 18574 in GATE 2012 as a categiry of BC.?

Sir, I had scored 25 marks in gate 2013 and secured gate rank 11182. My gate score is 324. I'm under OBC category. Can I get admission into IITs or NITs? If no, then can I even get admission into any universities of Andhrapradesh?
