Financial management means planning, organising, directing and controlling the financial activities such as procurement and utillization of funds of enterprise. Following are it's objectives:
* To ensure regular & adequate supply of funds to the concern. * To ensure adequate return to shareholders.
* To ensure optimum funds utilisation.
* To ensure safety on investment.
* To plan a sound capital structure.
