Yes you can do Nursing after 12th Commerce.
Eligibility ::

The basic eligibility for pursing the nursing course is you must have passed your class 12th in science streams with Biology as a subjects .So it means that you can only apply if you actually qualify this eligibility.

You should not be more then 24 years in many colleges .
