What can colleges do to make their students employment at software companies ?

the following processes the colleges should undergo for the students to get placed in good companies:

* They should provide placement and training program in campus for all students in compulsory.
* They should arrange for off-campus and on-campus interviews from various companies.
* They should prepare the students by internship courses and inplant training in other companies
* They should give first preferences to final year students and 3rd year students.

*they should keep all the students in good preparation in the concept of c and c++.
These all are the things that a colleges should makes their students to placed in software companies.
