how i can continue further study in America after completing B.sc Nursing from India??

You can apply for GRE, if you are looking for post graduate level studies in America. Admission will be on the basis of score in GRE. Most of the reputed universities in USA prefer GRE for admission.

Also, you need to score qualifying marks in IELTS/TOEFL. You can apply for admission using these scores, when admission is open at the concerned university.
