Punjab Land Records Society was established under the Registration of Socities Act, 1860 by the Government of Punjab. The major objective behind the establishment of the society was to provide efficient and prompt services in the public matters related to land and revenue. One of the major objective of the society is to monitor the implementation of computerization and digitization of land records. The head office of the society is located at Director of Land Records, Punjab.
