GTU, a state board university offers many courses that can be pursued after class 12. Communication skills are required at every stage of life so in the first semester with the other 5 theories and practical subjects communication techniques are taught. Total credits for semester-1 is 28.

Syllabus:

Communication skillspaper code of semester 1 is 110002. There are a total of 14 topics where communication and listening skills are taught. Candidates are even taught how to give an interview and participate in group discussion. The syllabus teaches how to write letters, paragraphs, reports and technical proposals. And finally the major part of this subject is vocabulary and grammar which is taken care throughout the semester.

Time duration:

A candidate is given 150 minutes to solve the paper of 70marks which is sufficient.

Communication skills paper of Aeronautical engineering is one of the basic papers in technological field. It consists of 5 questions and all are compulsory. The writing section has choices where an examinee needs to write paragraphs, reports on any one of the topic given. There are even questions like write techniques of group discussion, types of communication etc. There is one question entirely on the grammar section.
