The Institute of Hotel Management Catering and Nutrition of Panipat was established in July, 1973 in order to fulfill the requirements of trained personals for hotels and its related fields. The institute was founded by Haryana Government, and is the only one to offer 3 years diploma courses in Hotel management and Catering & Nutrition. The institute is affiliated to the Mangalore University and is also controlled by the Haryana Tourism Corporation Ltd.
