Paper Pattern:

The paper is a numerical paper and all questions asked are 13-14. The questions asked are divided into 2 sections; Section A is of 8 questions and 4 from it are needed to be attempted, each is of equal marks whereas Section B is of 5-6 questions from which 3 are to be solved and all are of equal marks. Questions of Section A are to be answered in 1 page and questions of Section B are to be answered in 3 pages.

Questions asked are such as census & sampling methods with their merits & demerits, calculation of mean, medium, mode from a given data, quartile deviation, index no. with its merit & demerits, importance of linear homogenous functions, simultaneous equations, collecting primary data etc.

Marks and time:

The mark which is assigned to this paper is 100 and time is 3 hours only. The questions in Section A are of 10 marks each and questions of Section B are of 20 marks each. Section A is of 40 marks and Section B is of 60 marks.
