Job Profile:

1. Recruitment of Manager (Vigilance):
Essential Qualification: Candidates should posses Post Graduate degree.
Pay Scale: The prescribed salary for the specified post is Rs.13000-350-18250.
Age Limit: The age of the candidates should be between 35-45 years.

2. Recruitment of Deputy Manager (Vigilance):
Essential Qualification: Candidates should posses Post Graduate degree.
Pay Scale: The prescribed salary for the specified post is Rs.10750-300-16750.
Age Limit: The age of the candidates should be between 35-45 years.

3. Recruitment of Deputy Manager (Industrial Relation):
Essential Qualification: Candidates should posses Post Graduate Diploma in PM&IR.
Pay Scale: The prescribed salary for the specified post is Rs.10750-300-16750.
Age Limit: The age of the candidates should be between 30-40 years.

4. Recruitment of Assistant Manager (Industrial Relation):
Essential Qualification: Candidates should posses Post Graduate Diploma in PM&IR.
Pay Scale: The prescribed salary for the specified post is Rs.8600-250-14600.
Age Limit: The age of the candidates should be between 30-40 years.

5. Recruitment of Welfare Officer (Grade II):
Essential Qualification: Candidates should posses degree in Social Sciences or Labour Welfare.
Pay Scale: The prescribed salary for the specified post is Rs.8000-275-13500.
Age Limit: The age of the candidates should not be more than 25 years.

Selection Procedure:
