Mandsaur Institute of Education was established by the B.R. Nahata Smiriti Sansthan, which is a trust running several other institutions apart from the Mandsaur Institute of Education. The institute is affiliated to the Vikram University located in Ujjain and it is recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education, WRC, Bhopal. The institute came into existence in the year 2008 and it is acting as a co-education non-minority institution.

Course Details:

Mandsaur Institute of Education offers Bachelor of Education course with affiliation from the Vikram University and with an approved intake capacity of 100 students per year for this one-year course.

Eligibility requirement:

For applying to the Bachelor of Education course offered by the Mandsaur Institute of Technology, candidates must have completed their UG/PG course in any discipline and must have secured a minimum of 50% of marks in either of the examination. A relaxation of 5% of marks is permissible to candidates falling under reserved category. Even candidates, with any other equivalent qualification can apply to the institute.

Reservation of seats:

The institute announces reservation of seats for the OBC/ST/SC candidates every year according to the norms issued by the state/central government, whichever is applicable from time to time.

Admission Procedure:

The institute admits students to the Bachelor of Education course either on the basis of marks secured by the students in the qualifying examination or on the basis of entrance examination or it can also follow any other selection process according to the instructions issued by the affiliating university and the state government from time to time.

Mandsaur Institute of Education offers coaching on face-to-face basis and it has also arranged for offering teaching practice to the students by entering into agreement with five schools in Mandsaur, where the students of the Mandsaur Institute of Education will have to take classes to the students.
