    I am already in the 1st year of” Masters in Journalism and Mass Communication” in a Jaipur based university. After successful completion of the 1st year I would like to shift to the 2 nd year of a Similar course in some good institute in Chennai which is famouse for its couse and faculty. This way I may save a valuable year in my life. Is it possible?
