MBBS
MBBS course is one of those courses which are responsible for the production of Doctors all over the globe including India. It is one of the most widely chosen careers all over the world. The course of MBBS is very respectable and tough courses to pursue. Under this course, one is taught about the various functioning, malfunctioning and treatments of the specific parts of the human body, which the candidate chooses. MBBS is a very vast course and that is why there are a lot of specifications assigned in this course. The candidates of eye department are taught only about eye, nose and throat, whereas the bone department teaches only bone morphology to the candidates.
Eligibility Criteria
One needs to clear an entrance examination in order to get admission in MBBS course. Various colleges conduct various entrance examinations, according to which they are admitted to various colleges. To sit in those examinations, the candidates should be either 10 + 2 passed or should be appearing in the same year from science background.
Course Outlook
The course of MBBS is of 4 and half years, over which one needs to do an internship of 1 year. Thus, the total course stands of 5 and half years. In these 5 and half years the students are trained in such a fashion so that they can serve the serve the society very well.
Job Prospects
One can join several private as well as government hospitals all over India. They can also open their own clinic and can practice there. Higher studies can be carried on and some research projects can be joined thereafter.
