National Defence Academy & Naval Academy Exam is conducted for younger candidates with 10+2 qualifications. In NDA/NA candidates have very good career with no financial burden for the 4 year training. The candidates also get a graduation degree from the very famous Jawahar Lal Nehru University. The three year NDA training is followed by a professional training of one year at Air Force Academy for the Air Force, Naval Academy for the Indian Navy and Indian Military Academy (IMA) for the Army. The NDA officers get facilities like free medical facilities, provident fund, concessional residential accommodation, free/concessional travel by rail, free ration and group insurance.

Exam Pattern

There are two papers, Mathematics and General Ability, in National Defence Academy & Naval Academy Exam. The mathematics paper is of 300 marks and is to be completed in two and half hours. The paper contains objective type questions and has two versions, one in Hindi and other in English. The use of calculator is strictly prohibited. The Mathematics question paper contains questions from Algebra, Trigonometry, Matrices and Determinants, 2D and 3D Analytical Geometry, Differential Calculus, Vector Algebra, Integral Calculus and Differential Equations, Statistics and Probability.
