PhD in Urdu
Lots of communities have their own language spoken which is well recognized by the government of India. Amongst the various communities Muslims have completely different and separate culture and has its own language well known as Urdu. Though the language is very often spoken and read by Muslims only, but in no way, it is restricted to this community only. Now a day’s various communities are attracting towards this language and showing the hunger to learn this language. Under the different kinds of courses PhD in Urdu is one of them. This course is offered by various universities of India.
The course offers its students to learn about the various terms of writing in Urdu. The main aspect of this course is to provide complete knowledge about all the grammatical terms used in this language. The course also deals with various ways of Communication and interpretations so that candidates can use the language easily.
Eligibility:
Candidates applying for this course need to have a master’s degree from any of the recognized university of India. They have to maintain at least a total of 50% marks in the mentioned degree.
Course Outlook:
The total duration of this course is generally two years and can be extended to three years. The course is divided in various papers.
Job Prospects:
After getting this PhD degree a students can either join the teaching line or one can join the research line.
