Gas Authority of India Ltd (GAIL) was established in the year 1984 by the Government of India. It is one of the largest natural gas transporation company of the country. The headquarter of the company is located in the state of Delhi. Shri B.C. Tripathi is the Chairman of the company.
Job profile:
Candidates can apply for the posts of Senior Manager in different streams (Electrical/Mechanical/Insturmentation) Grade E-2 in GAIL Gas Limited.
Eligibility:
Candidates should not be more than 35 years of age as on 11 February 2010.
Educational Qualifications:
Candidates are required to have Graduate degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering.
No. of posts: Several posts are available in the company.
Pay Scale: Selected candidates will be given the prescribed salary of Rs. 20600-46500/-

i am sailing as secomd engineer with shell internatinal in LNG fleet , i am 37 years in age , do i have the option to join gail at any appropriate post
I had inquire many times at gail office but all the time they have replied that “Next month shortlisting will be completed” Till date none of the information provided.
If possible then declare that no more senior enginner required or they have been already short listed so that rest of the concern can leave the hope.
