University of Kashmir-Faculty of Biological Science Entrance Test- Zoology Papers
University of Kashmir provides lots of courses in various departments for the students. Biological Science department has a department of zoology which attract lots of students to get admission in the course. Students who wanted to do higher studies in the subject will get lots of opportunities.
Qualification for appearing in this exam:
Candidates must have a graduation certificate to apply for the paper;candidates who are residents of J&K will get preference in the admission. Reservation of seat is according to the rules of University. Candidates who will have their passing certificate before the admission procedure can also apply.
Scoring and Negative Marking:
Paper contains questions which are of objective type; each question has its own marking scheme. There are questions which are of multiple choices type, so there is negative marking in it. So, students are advice to attempt the questions in which they are sure.
Mode of Exam:
Paper is taken as conventional way and students are required to answer in an OMR sheet.
Format:
It is an objective paper and students should write their paper in a given time.
Paper Pattern:
Paper of Zoology contains objective type of questions in it. Students should answer their answers in their OMR sheet provided. Each question is of equal marks. There is provision of negative marking in it.
Marking:
There are total of 60 objective type questions in the paper. These questions are with negative marking in it, 1/3rd of marks allotted to a question will be deducted for each wrong answer.
Schedule:
Paper is allotted with a time of 2 hours only.
