V.M. Patel Institute of Management is a constituent unit of the Ganpat University located in Mehsana and the institute was established with the objective of offering the best professional training in the discipline of management to educate young men and women.

Course details:

V.M. Patel Institute of Management offers Master of Business Administration course with approval from the Ganpat University’s faculty of management studies and with the approval from the AICTE. In addition to the MBA course, the institute also offers Master of Philosophy and Doctor of Philosophy in management. In the MBA course, the following specializations are offered by the institute:

Intake Capacity and admission procedure:

V.M. Patel Institute is approved with an intake capacity of 180 students per year for the MBA course, 10 students per year for the M. Phil course and the intake capacity for the Ph. D course will be on the basis of the norms issued by the university from time to time. Admission of students to the MBA course is done based on the marks secured by the students in the GCET examination conducted by the Government of Gujarat. Admission to the M. Phil and Ph. D programmes will be based on the norms issued by the university from time to time.

V.M. Patel Institute of Management has a rich collection of study materials, periodicals and books in areas like communications, computers, commerce, business, economics and management. It has a collection of more than 16000 books and 115 regular international and national magazines and journals. It also has a wide collection of Electronic Data in the form of audio and video cassettes and CDs and statistical data pertaining to different industrial reports of reputed private and public sector organizations.
