what will be the cut off marks for ssc graduate level tier 2 exam 2011? and what will have to be the minimum number for final selection of A category posts?

don't believe that any one can secure more than 450 in tier 1 & tier 2
and the merit will fall to 390 general 380 obc 375 sc/st

this is only a guess yet i think it will fall more than expected
i'm an obc candidate and the merit of obc was 396 i was total 358
this variation will be because of negative marking

I think it would go to 350 for general & maybe even low...

hw much shud an ST candidate score in Tier 2 without statistics?

I want to know the cut off marks for SSC CGL Tier ii exam 2011 for ST candidates... pliz let me know

We want to known about PH category for cut off marks

Last year there was no negative marking but this year negative marking is applied
negative marking affects cut off a lot. Pre cut off was decreased by 32 marks
and main cut off last year was 424 so this year it will be around 300 - 350

sir, My total score in cgl (t-1 t-2)2011 will be around 300. I belons to SC category . is there any chance to be called for interview for any post ?

My total score may fall around 230-250...and i belong to ST categoet... i gave this exam first and found tier 2 math tough...as per sources it was toughest math paper...

By saying that ur OBC or SC or ST....what do you mean ..u r not equal to other candidate in terms of their knowledge
I thought the reservation was for monetary reasons....

i had selected in ISRO, i received offer letter 2 days back, they said that u have to report in ISRO on or before 10/10/2011, and i qualified yesterday SSC CGLE result for interview posts, but ISRO office also mentioned rules and conditions, in that one of this is

So, my problem is SSC chief mentioned interviews commence from 24/10/2011, but i have to report in ISRO before 10/10/2011 if i joined in ISRO, they cannot give permission to attend interview, what can i do now, please help me i am very confused,

Friend..

Cut off for any subject cant be predicted now, but it depends on toughness of the exam, number of candidates appearing, their performance etc.. So SSC after seeing the performance of candidates only, will fix the minimum qualifying mark.. Regarding section wise cut off, nobody has a clear picture of it but from my observation of mark lists published last time, candidates with less than 10 marks(out of 50) in any of the sections, havent cleared.. You can also check the same in the marks published for CGLE 2011..


What my suggestion is that, don't completely rely on any section of the paper but, make sure that you are getting bare minimum to get through all sections while scoring the maximum in your strong areas...

Is it necessari that qualified in each subject in ssc tier-i exam.
