Lists are fine no problem. But, the problem is this thing "I am downloading the official brochures and typing the relevant information". In 90% cases, what is written in brochure is written on the official and non-official websites. Copying of content doesn't mean ctrl+c and ctrl+v or select+paste using the mouse. Not using your own unique content, but extracting / stealing / taking other's content by any means whether typing with your own hands or ctrl+c or ctrl+v or select+paste, is what is copying of content.

Read the brochures content -> Understand it -> Write it in your own words. Then, it won't be a copied content.
