I have got 60% in class 10th and 43% in class 12th, so can I be eligible for upsc exam

HI,
After graduation/B.Tech you can apply for I.P.S exam.
I.P.S exam is conducted by U.P.S.C once in a year.

Age should be in between 21-30 year. For ST/SC candidate age should be in between 21-33 year.

You can apply online or offline.
The Form cost is just 20 Rs.

HI,
After passing your B.Tech you are eligible for I.P.S exam. In this exam 10th or 12th class marks have no importance.

I.A.S exam exam is conducted by U.P.S.C once in a year.

Qualification:- Pass graduation with any stream fron recginiced university.

Age limit:-
For Open category:- 21-30 year
For OBC category:- 21-33 YEAR
For ST/SC category:- 21-37 year

Number of Attempts:-
For open category:- 4 attempts
For ST/SC category:- 7 attempts

Date of notification:-04.02.2012
Last Date of receipt of form:- 05.03.2012(MONDAY)
Date of exam:- 20.05.2012(SUNDAY)

dear friend, these are the eligiblity for IPS exams-

Age required-
21-30 years as on 1.7.2005. (Upper age limit relaxable for SCs/STs, OBCs )

Educational Qualifications -

Bachelor’s degree of a recognized university with at least one of the subjects namely Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology or a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Forestry or in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.

so you are eligible for IPS exam.

Hello,

Yes, you are eligible for IPS examination.

IPS Exam conducted by UPSC.

For UPSC IPS Examination minimum eligibility is only graduation in any subject with 60 % marks from a regonised institute / university.

For UPSC IPS Examination - 10th & 12th standard percentage doesn't matter.

Sure you are eligible to appear for the exam. Only the graduation score is considered as part of the educational qualification required. However it is a must that you should have pursued the course from a recognised institute. There is minimum of 21 year age requirement. Make sure to visit the UPSC site for more details.

Hello Friend,

Of cousre you are eligible to appear the IPS exam.Don't bother about your 10th board marks as you need to be a graduate to appear the Ips exam.

yes you are eligible for IPS exam as the criteria you must have done graduation thats all.
you college should be AICTE or UGC approved only then you can be part of this.

ips exam is conducted by upsc.
Any candidate who is cleared his graduated can appear in this exam.
but please ensure that from which you get your degree is government recognised.
And slect the subject and prepare for the exam.

Yes you are eligible.For IPS exam you shuold be a graduate.
It is conducted by UPSC.
Exam Pattern: All India Combined Competitive Examination for the Civil Services conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) comprises of two successive stages:
  • Preliminary Examination: It is of objective type, which is a qualifying examination.
  • Main Examination: It consists of written examination and interview.
