Required marks in Subsidiary? hi dear the qualification required for NET exam are as follows. m.sc or equivalent degree with 60% marks for general categories , there is some relaxation for sc/ st & obc candidates.... the candidates those who are final year students can also appear for this exam they have to submit the attestation format or from the university from where the candidates is studying or appeared for the exam. good luck............... |

Eligibility for NET Exam: **you must have M.Sc or equivalent degree , with minimum 55% marks for General and OBC candidates.[50% for SC/ST candidates, Physically and Visually Handicapped candidates and Ph.D]. The Master’s degree in Humanities, Social Science, Computer science, Electronic Science etc... A candidate can also apply for the Test under RA (Result Awaited) category, if the candidate is appearing or has appeared in final year (III/IV Semester where Semester system is there) of M.Sc. or equivalent degree examinatio. Such candidates will have to submit the attestation format (given at the reverse of the application form) duly certified by the Head of the Deptt./Institute over his/her signature and rubber stamp (with address and name) from where the candidate is appearing or has appeared in the final year M.SC or equivalent degree examination.
