hello dear
there should be no boundation if one doesn't want to chose a branch if that person does not have interest in that because she has to live with that branch and degree for the whole life and not for just 4 yrs.

so , there should be no reason to force some one to chose a branch in which she is not interested.

as cutoff requirement for hsc exam is 35% so it won't be the case and if she want to pursue engineering that she can have a drop of year as well since 3 attempts are allowed in aieee.

be wise to chose the options since it matters for the whole life and never force her to take a branch which she don't want to .

listen your rank as well as your mark in PCM is not good. in my opinion you should make second attempt for clearing AIEEE exam. now your +2 marks in PCM is 140 only you can only apply for AIEEE exam if only if you minimum 50% in PCM . but if you are a SC\ST candidate then there is a chance to appear in it .because for SC\ST candidate there is only minimum 40% needed in PCM group in 10+2 exam.

Dear Friend
Do not bother about your rank.See your likes or dislikes if your heart says that you should be an engineer then definitely you should go for it.
There are lot of colleges in India where you can get admission easily like Wesbengal,Bangalore, Maharashtra,odisha,MP,UP.
Best of luck and be confident you will do it.

just apply for AIEEE counselling, I hope you will get admission
in engineering college, But your chances are less, if you dont get a college in
AIEEE councelling, then dont worry you can get direct admission in mannny
colleges if you have get more than 55% marks in your 12th exams....

hi,
You didnt mention your state otherwise i could have predicted the course on the basis of your sisters rank.

However if she is interested in UPSC exams or MPSC exams then i wont advise her to go for architecture. Since it wont be of any use later if you want to opt for UPSC

You can opt for any engineering course which she may get on the basis of her AIEEE rank most probably.

So try applying in the state college

Dear friend,
you have three options :
1) you sister can try for mpsc,upsc exams.
2) try for the state colleges to admit in engineering , i think your
sister will get a chance.
3) if your sister have 50% in pcm then she will can apply for b.sc.

yes you need atleast 150 to get it....
you can go for upsc exams after getting graduation only
you can opt for any other college on state basis

you can take admission in private engineering colleges only.as your rank is not within 20,000. so you can't get admission in government engineering colleges.

you will get an admission because of your good AIEEE state rank.
You can easily get admission in Architecture if you are interested.
Just you have to search that colleges and then fill their registration form and other formalities.IN this way you will get the college.

I will suggest you, just apply for AIEEE counselling, I hope you will get admission

If she is interested in defence or civil services you must go for that rather having difficulties for AIEEE, because she might not get good college at this rank.

u attend the counselling of state wise engineering colleges.

if u r not getting any college than u can take admision through donation.

if u are intested in UPSC than u should go 4 it.

first complete ur graduation than prepare 4 upsc entrance test.

My daughter Got AIEEE Tamilnadu State Overall Rank : 5135 / OBC Category Rank : 2435.
All INDIA OVERALL : 234560 / All INDIA OBC Category : 64075.

Do She get seats in good college? We are expecting Sastra Thanjavur AIEEE ALLOTEMENT seat. ALso any good colleages other then sastra in south India giving AIEEE seats?

Yes you can go for the engineering ,You have the marks of getting the college.
