As you have done BCA (Bachelor of Computer Application) then you should go for MBA in IT (Information Technology) or CRM (Customer Relationship Manager). Nowadays IT sector is growing very fast and so the requirement simultaneously.
Once you do MBA you will get very good or average level job but not with very low salary package as I am sure for this. Now it upto you that you have to decide to be a manager and surrounded by your inferior and manage the things (CRM) or want ot become a professional manager (IT). You have taken good decisions and so good options are also available for you.
You should keep these points in mind while decicing:
most vital, have interest in that subject then only go for that otherwise not
can study and understand that subject
Opportuniteis are everywhere in modern world but you have to be specialised in your field.

Since you are from the BCA background you should find systems specialisation interesting. But is all depends on the job profile that interests you. It is possible for candidates of this profile to choose other areas like marketing, HR etc. If you select marketing you can probably join any of the IT firms in the marketing section. Your technical knowledge will be useful whilst meeting clients. For the HR department too it is important the HR personnel understand the needs of the company i.e. selecting the right candidate based on the profile suiting the company.

1. MBA in IT.

2.MBA in marketing.

After BCA, you should go for a master's degree. You can do either MCA or MBA whichever you like.
In MBA there are a number of fields which have very good potential. these include-
* Accounting
* Finance
* HR
* Management
* Marketing
* IT
* Telecommunication
I think that you should do MBA in Telecommunication because telecom sector needs good managers and also it is related somewhere to your graduation.
