Re: Admission in NIT jalandhar without AIEEE hi dear, National Institute of Technology,Jallandhar takes students only on the basis of AIEEE rank and there are no management quota seats available in any of the NITs..so the only way to get into NIT,Jallandhar is to score a very good rank in AIEEE.. in order to prepare for the AIEEE..you have to firstly,be thorough with the course books of class 11th and 12th and then,for higher preparations..you can prefer these books.. M.L.Khanna for Maths Concepts of Physics P.Bahadur for chemistry solve all the numericals of these books and i am sure..you will score a very good rank in AIEEE ~Hope this helps.. ~ thanks |

Re: Admission in NIT jalandhar without AIEEE Hi Dear..  To get a seat in any course in NIT Jalandhar, you must have to appear for AIEEE (All India Engineering Entrance Examination) conducted by CBSE. You have to score around 250 marks out of 360 , which will make you get a rank below 20,000 and you can get various options available at this rank in not only NIT Jalandhar but many other NITs. So, Try to practice more and more the types of questions asked, you can refer to these books to crack AIEEE :- 1) Arihant's 40 Days AIEEE Series 2) Quiker Maths by M.Tyra With these two packages you will be all set to go , and crack AIEEE. Re: Admission in NIT jalandhar without AIEEE Hi friend, There is no way to take admission in any NIT without giving AIEEE exam conducted by CBSE. So, one must qualify in AIEEE and get good marks in it then based on rank, he or she gets the college based on performance and the order in which he or she fills the preferences. For giving AIEEE exam you must get more than 50% marks in PCM in class 12th. There are at max 3 consecutively attempts that one can give in AIEEE. GOOD LUCK |

Re: Admission in NIT jalandhar without AIEEE hi dear friend to take admission in NIT jalandhar you have to score good rank in AIEEE. without this exam there is no other choice for taking admission. to perform well in AIEEE you have study properly with full determination. i will suggest you to join a good coaching center there you will get chance to practice different varities of questions . you should concentrate on the following subjects very carefully MATHS- co-ordinate geometry calculous complex number PHYSICS- Laws of motion, force and work problem friction electrostst and magnetism simple harmonic motion CHEMISTRY- Organic chemistry In-organic chemistry ALL THE BEST. thanks |

Re: Admission in NIT jalandhar without AIEEE hi friend, As per the old seats allotments , you can easily see that the admission in NIT, Jalandhar closes at 26015 rank (in 2010). But you have to take care about the branch and category to which you belong. I mean to say that you have to score more or get a good rank if you belong to a general category and want to take admission in a good branch. Getting good marks in this way , make you eligible for admission. No other mean would be entitled you to get admission in NIT. Management quota is made for foreign candidate. |
