Re: Required Age Limit for Diploma candidate for IIT Exam? 3 or 4-year Diploma recognized by AICTE or a State Board of Technical Education. if you have as date of birth falls on or after October 01, 1987 are eligible for JEE-2012.However, in the case of SC, ST and PD candidates, upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years,i.e., SC, ST and PD candidates who were born on or after October 01, 1982 are eligible. |

FOR IIT JEE You must pass grade(minimum of 60% marks) in the final examination of 10+2 system or its equivalent. 3 or 4-year Diploma recognized by AICTE or a State Board of Technical Education. Age limit: candidates whose date of birth falls on or after October 01, 1987 are eligible for JEE-2012. However, in the case of SC, ST and PD candidates, upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years, i.e., SC, ST and PD candidates who were born on or after October 01, 1982 are eligible. Re: Required Age Limit for Diploma candidate for IIT Exam? for giving a IIT exam age limit is 25 year for General category but there is some relaxation for sc/st ,for sc/st age limit is 30 year. you should have Math and physics one of the subject in 12th then you can appear for IIT. |

Re: Required Age Limit for Diploma candidate for IIT Exam? after diploma there is no scope for IIt.if you are 12th pass out then only you can apply for 2 times after tht there is no chance for IIT and about age limit there is limit of 25 yr for general and there is 5 yr relaxation for the sc/st students ok |

Re: Required Age Limit for Diploma candidate for IIT Exam? to enter into the most reputed institutes in india IITs ,the age limit for OC candidates is 25 years and for SC ,ST, PH candidates is 30 years...... you should qualify in the JOINT ENTRANCE EXAM(JEE) with minimum marks ....... |

Either of these qualification will be consider... One must score a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate that is 60% overall percentage including Physics,chemistry and Maths in your qualifying exam for GENERAL AND OBC..and 55% for SC/ST,PD... The age limit for appearing in IIT-JEE is 25 years. For candidates belonging to SC, ST and PD categories, age limit is 30 years. Also a candidate can take the JEE two times at the most. This has been done mainly to reduce stress on students......... |
