Crime Branch CID (Criminal Investigation Department) is a specialised wing in many state police forces in India of their Criminal Investigation Department (CID). Other branches of the CID are State Crime Investigation Bureau Finger Print Bureau and Scientific Section. To join in CID you need to write the EXAM conducted by UPSC...!! Qualifications: Degree of an recognized university or equivalent.... Age Limit: 20-25 years.. for that you need to have good physical strength also like any armed force..

The CBI is a central government organization that investigates crimes, normally when it is a matter of national interest or when there is a fear of bias if a local state police investigates an issue. The CID is an investigation department of a particular state in India CBI recruits Sub-inspectors through the Staff Selection Commission (SSC), which publishes its recruitment notice in Employment News and other leading dailies. CBI also inducts officers in the ranks of Inspector of Police and above from the State and Union Territory Police forces on deputation. Non-police officers are also taken on deputation in CBI. The necessary details about various posts in CBI, recruitment/induction procedure, vacancy statement etc. are all posted on this website and the same may please be referred to. Yes , You are eligible for CID or CBI exam because you are graduate. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Candidate should have minimum graduation degree with any discipline from a recognized university. AGE CRITERIA: For General category candidate,age should be between 21 to 27 years For OBC category candidates age should be between 21 to 30 years For SC/ST category candidates age should be between 21 to 35 years. How can I join CID or CBI after BMM(Advertising)? i am in my last year bmm(advertising)i want to join cid or cbi so how do i go further and what examination do i need to appear please reply its my dream and i will really be thankful to u |
