Re: Am I eligible for PSU Exam having secured 60% in B.Tech and not having 60% in 10th and 12th? Your 10th and 12 th marks is not above 60% so you are not eligible for PSU exams. So, you are not eligible for PSU Exam having secured 60% in B.Tech and not having 60% in 10th and 12th A engineering graduate student can apply for the Job in Bhel, ONGC, HPCL, NTPC ,SAIL ,BEL ,IOCL etc... You should be score at least 60% to 70% (55% for SC / ST). Those who have MCA degree are also eligible provided the minimum aggregate marks is 65 % ( 50% for SC / ST candidates). Your age should be within 30 years. Relaxation of 5 yrs. for SC / ST, 3 yrs for OBC & 10 yrs for physically handicapped candidates. Thanks! |

Re: Am I eligible for PSU Exam having secured 60% in B.Tech and not having 60% in 10th and 12th? dear friend, To appear in PSU exams one should have 60% aggregate through out the career.. Otherwise it will be difficult for you to appear in those exams.. The eligibility criteria for any PSU exams are as follows- *One should have 60% aggregate through out the career... *One should not have any due backlogs.. *The age of the candidate should not be more than 30 years for general.. There is some age relaxation for SC/ST and OBC.. as you don't have 60% marks in 10th and 12th so you are not eligible for the PSU exams.. You can appear in UPSC exams like - IAS,IES,IPS,IFS etc... If you have interest in doing administrative jobs... All the best.. |

Re: Am I eligible for PSU Exam having secured 60% in B.Tech and not having 60% in 10th and 12th? It doesn't matter that you have below 60% marks in 10th and 12th. Eligibility includes the higher degree i.e. Btech and for general students it is 60% minimum and cut-off can be high in case of number of students is large and 55% in case of SC-ST/OBC. If you have given gate exam then you might get preference first. Best Wishes |
