I HAVE COMPLETED BE IN 2008 IN ELECTRONICS AND COMMUNICATION,NOW I AM DOING JOB IN PSU.I WANT TO GO GFOR P.H.D IN FUTURE.MY QUESTION IS CAN I GO FOR P.H.D AFTER COMPLETIMNG M.S IN TELECOM TECHNOLOGY FROM SIKKIM MANIPLA UNIVERSITY. |

I Completed M.Sc(IT) from Kuvempu Univerty in Distance Mode, In Future I want to do PHD, For that , is need to do M.Tech or MCA or any other. Can i do PhD after completing of M.Sc(IT). I have completed BCA last year and now i want to join the MSC-IT from Sikkim Manipal University in distance mode, as i was a BCA student i have a option to go for lateral entry in MSC-IT(3rd semester) according to sikkim manipal rules and regulation, which means that the duration period for this course is just one year Now main question is that:- 1:- After the completion of this one year MSC-IT(lateral entry) will i get a master degree or just one year diploma? 2:- IS this MSC-IT valid to go for M.TECH/M.PHIL in a regular mode from any other univetsity? 3;- Will I be eligible for GATE? 4:-- Since my priority is to go for teaching which would be a better option for me Mtech/Mphil? For pursing an MTech, PHd the candidate is required to have passed either BTech or Masters degee. Also it should be from recognised university. So you are eligible for further studies. There are many institutes like IIT, NIT etc. Choose based on your interest. |
