Definitely,you can get chance in IITs or IIS if you can score that level. because The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is a national examination so you have to fight to score a very good mark. Generally, if you are interested to take admission in IITs you have to score near about 98-99 percentile in GATE exam.
