Since, you are not good in programming skills which is a necessity if you want a job in computer science industry.
Ok even if you get a job whats the guarantee that you will be successful in that field. Have a look at the long term goals.
So i would advise you to go for MBA. All the best.

Re: PG after B.Tech Bioinformatics if Programming skills are not good?

hello,

there is no point to fear that you don't have good programming skills.
After B.Tech in bio-informatics, you can join management courses which do not require programming knowledge or the software parts.
You can go for some management studies on your own choices.
Appear for the CAT/MAT/XAT exams to get admission in top MBA schools.

Good luck!

Hello friend,
For doing further studies in bio-informatics,you must be strong in programming side.
You still can search for other options. Following sites will help you to find out:

listen your programming skills are not good agreed but the jobs you will get will not be only programming related there are lot of other jobs in your field which require minimal programming or no programming.....do a post graduation only if you are interested in doing it...else it would waste 2 precious years of your life.....

Its good that you know your weaknesses. Since you are not good in programming skills which is a necessity if you want a job in computer science industry.

Ok even if you get a job whats the guarantee that you will be successful in that field. Have a look at the long term goals.

So i would advise you to go for MBA. Prepare hard for CAT/XAT and try to get into top institutes like IIMs

Cheers and do follow your aptitude
