For distance programmes you can look at course offered by indira Gandhi national open university(ignou) ,Jawaharlal Nehru technological university , NIIT , Manipal university , etc. Ignou for example, offers certificate . diploma and degree programmes in various branches of engineering including , civil , mechanical ,electrical .electronics and communication and computer science. |
