Manages their salaries, increments, bonus, recruits new candidates, or retires the ones who have completed their terms. So whenever a company sits for the placements, the HR Managers are given the tasks to interview the fresh engineers and recruit the bests out of them in their company. Now I am going to give you a few tips on how to impress HR interviewers. 1. BE CONFIDENT : Confidence is always needed whenever you are to do anything good in life. 2. BE POLITE : It would always show your good signs, manners that you hold within you. 3. SPEAK YOUR KNOWLEDGE : Do not sit quite. Its the time for you to show your knowledge, about everything. So talk to him as much as you can to show him your skills. 4. CONVINCING POWER : You should be able to convince the HR y he should take you and not others. This is one of the most common questions asked. 5. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS : The language you speak should be at its best that you can produce. For tell about yourself: To answer this question tell your name, education, family members(if they are in higher position), strength and weakness,hobbies area of interest, etc... For your strength and weakness: Tell your strength as your wish, but tell your weakness in a positive way... for example if you are a anger person, then tell like the following I am anger person but i practice to reduce my anger through hear music watching comedies.... Like that you are want to tell to your HR... For why should i appoint you... I have the qualification for this (particular job) job. I have the ability to do the job... Like that you want to tell...
