YES you can apply for many govt .jobs in fieldof pharmacy such as after doing m.pharm:

YOU CAN APPLY FOR ALL THE GOVT JOBS WHICH YOU CAN APPLY AFTR YOUR B.PHARM

you can apply for pharmacist vacancy
you can apply for drug inspector job
you can apply as a analyst
you can apply as a food inspector
you can work in govt. hospitals as consultant

After M.Pharm teaching is just one of the options available. You can choose to go in the research field if interested. You will have options like joining pharmacies in various government hospitals. Also you can join government agencies and departments which are into investigation and research department like the forensic department, drug control department etc. You must select the option that interests you.
