Re: Job Opportunities after the completion of BCA and MCA? BCA + MCA is a good degree to hold. Now you have to look out for opportunities in the market. Firstly you can go for lecturer and teaching jobs in universities and private institutions like NIIT, Oracle, etc You can also look to establish yourself in the software market by hitting companies like : HCL Wipro Infosys TCS Syntel etc Thirdly you can sit for government exams and once you clear, you can choose a career in that arena too! So in short a lot of doors are open to you right now. Its what you choose. |

Re: Job Opportunities after the completion of BCA and MCA? After doing B.TECH in Information Technology there are so many option for you.Here I'm giving you the option.You will find the suitable one. Chance in IT sector : there will be so many off campussing like TCS,CTS,INFOSYS,WIPRO etc.You should know JAVA,C,C++,.NET after this study.So you can apply this type of job. Chance in higher study :You can prepare yourself and can sit in GATE examination for doing M.TECH.After this there is a chance to go to B.TECH college and be a asst professor. Chance in BPO :There are so many opportunities in kolkata for BPO.in sector-5 there are so many BPO companies to find a job.You an register in any consultancy to get this type of job. Both of these that is BCA and MCA are fully related to computer and software field and if you want to get good job in this field then you should have good command over programming languages like- c, c++, JAVA, SQL, ORACLE, .NET e.t.c Limited jobs are available for a BCA student today as most of the companies want MCA degree so if you really want to get best jobs then you will have to complete your MCA after completing bca. As i said earlier ,your programming skill should be good enough to get a good job. The following courses alongwith MCA degree can help you a lot : J2EE(Java) CEH (Certified Ethical Hacking) Network Security .NET Specialist Making a career in software field is not easy .you must have : Dedication Discipline Determination Your communication skill and personality should be good . |

I have done BCA regular but MCA under distance and i have taken training in software testing but i don't know what should i do for job and how should i start please help me give me guidence for it, yet i havn't recive my 5th sem And 6th sem certificates i have completed my MCA on 2011. |
