Now coming to salary increments in short for MCA freshers depends on 2 things. 1. your performance 2.your designation Let me tell you the second thing first ans switch in to the first thing. -->>As you all know every one choose for ASET with a package of 3.5lacks. -->>After 2 years from your date of join ,you will be moved to SE.So again a hike will be upto 4.2lacks. Now coming back to the first thing. In TCS salary will be divided in the form of bands.It has A to D band. A band-rating 4.5 to 5 out of 5 B band-rating 4 to 4.5 C band-rating 3 to 4 D band-rating less than 2. there is a salary difference of 3000 per month between any two bands. TCS is a good software company which hire so many studens as on-campus and off-campus. They will conduct written and technical and hr round. Minimum eligibility criteria is students having 60% above academic record. For MCA students The package is 3.5 laks/anum |

You must have an overall carrier percentage of 60 Generally you will get the salary package of Rs. 3.15 lakh per annum. All the best. |

Re: What is the TCS salary package for MCA freshers? The eligibility criteria for TCS - 1. 60% marks throughout the academic carrier . 2. Graduation or Masters from any recognized university . 3. No backlogs are allowed . 4. Year gap more than two are not allowed . If you can satisfy all the above then you are eligible for TCS. For the on campus recruitment of MCA freshers TCS salary package is - 3.8 to 4.2 lpa . For the Off campus recruitment of MCA freshers TCS salary package is - 2.4 to 3.2 lpa . But for the off campus generally 3 to 4 years expirience is required .
