Re: Can I get a government bank job after scoring 67% in 10th and 52% in 12th? i passed ssc with 57%, inter with 72%, I passed btech with 55% in 5 years and after my ssc I got 2 years gap to do inter. can I eligible for govt bank p.o. job and other govt jobs |

If you are Belong to General categories Then you are Not eligible to apply for IBPS Clerical examination, Because you have to scored minimum 50% marks in your 12Th to apply for IBPS Clerical examination, But if you are belong to reserved categories, then you are eligible for IBPS Clerical examination, because for reserved categories like SC/ST/OBC not need to scored minimum 50% marks, Only passed in 12Th is Sufficient. So, If you are Belong to general category, then sorry yo say that you are Not eligible for IBPS Clerical examination, so its better to complete your Graduation and then apply for this examination, and in graduation you not need to scored any minimum percentage, Only passed is Graduation is sufficient to apply for IBPS Clerical examination. To apply for this examination your age should between 18 to 28 years, upper age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC Candidates, 5 year relaxation is applicable for SC/ST Candidates and 3 Year relaxation is applicable for OBC Categories. The last date of apply for IBPS Examination for this year was already completed and the examination was going to be held on 27/Nov/2011. So, If you have missed the chance then please apply for this examination next year, the examination fees of IBPS Clerical examination was Rs 350 and you have to pay the fees through challan form in any nationalized banks and then you fill the Online application form, Final year candidates are not eligible to apply for this examination, You have to passed clearly to apply for this examination. But you have scored only 44% marks in your 12Th examination, so you are not eligible to apply for IBPS Examination, so please complete your Graduation degree course and then apply for IBPS Clerical examination and for More Information please check the official website - http://www.ibps.in |

Re: Can I get a government bank job after scoring 67% in 10th and 52% in 12th? 1.Graduation from any recognized university. 2.Minimum 55% marks in graduation . 3.Age limit = 21 to 30 years for general . 5 years relaxation for sc/st candidates . 3 years relaxation for obc. As you are not a graduate ,you have to complete your graduation first.But after 12th you can only eligible for the Bank Clerk jobs . So go for your graduation.It will give you more options in bank jobs . |

Eligibility for bank clerk exam which is now conducted by IBPS jointly for 19 nationalised bank is - Passed 10th (matriculation) with minimum of 60% or passed 12th (intermediate) with minimum of 50%. If you fulfill any of two condition above then you are eligible. You fulfilled both, so you can give exam of IBPS clerk As government job. Best of luck |

Re: Can I get a government bank job after scoring 67% in 10th and 52% in 12th? hello, the minimum eligibility for government jobs is as; -jobs on 10 basis- a candidate should be 10th with atleast 60% marks -jobs on 12th basis- a candidate should be 12th with minimum 6 % marks for job like bank clerk a candidate should be 10th with atleast 60% or 12th with 50% or graduate as you got a good score in 10th and 12th so definitely you are eligible..... |

Re: Can I get a government bank job after scoring 67% in 10th and 52% in 12th? Dear friend, There are mainly 2kinds of jobs available in Banking Sector. 1. Clerk 2. P.O. 1. For recruitment in clerk exam all you need to be is to pass the class 10 exam in any stream. Therefore you can apply for the clerk post quite easily. 2. As you have a less percentage in class12 you can't apply for the P.O. as the eligibility criteria for P.O. exam is as follows: a) You have at least 60% in class12 b) 55% in graduation c) Age-between 21-30years. Therefore it seems that you are not eligible for the P.O. exam. All the very best. |

Re: Can I get a government bank job after scoring 67% in 10th and 52% in 12th? Not being a graduate you can apply for only clerical posts in some banks.For applying for PO you be a graduate in any discipline.Moreover most banks have the age limit 21-30. |

Re: Can I get a government bank job after scoring 67% in 10th and 52% in 12th? dear friend, To appear in a govt. banking sector exam you must have 60% aggregate through out the career, including 12th.. As you have secured less than 60% marks in your 12th, then sorry to say you that you are not eligible for govt. banking sector PO exams.. You can not apply for private banking sector exam.. Because the percentage criteria is 55% aggregate through out the career for private banking sector... So, you are not eligible... All the best. |

Since you are a not a graduate ,you are not eligible for sitting in Bank PO exams but you have already completed class 12th which makes you eligible to sit in various Bank Clerk exams. But i will suggest you to first of all complete your graduation and try to get atleast 55% marks so that you can get promotion in future.If you will join Clerk post with only having degree of class 12th or intermediate then chances for your promotion will be very less because today is the period of higher education .So get higher degree and get promotion . However you have got very less marks ins 12th due to which you will not be able to sit in Bank PO exams as the Eligibility criteria for bank po are:

Can I get a government bank job after scoring 67% in 10th and 52% in 12th? I have 67% in 10th & 52% marks in 12th can i get govt. Bank jobs...please tell me if its possible |
