Re: What is the age limit of TET exam in UP for general candidate? hi friend, TET stand for Teacher Eligibliti Test. eligibility for teacher eligibility test(TET) is; - a candidate should have B.ED with minimum 60% marks -an appearing candidate can also apply for this -the degree shouldn't be of more than 7 years there is no upper or lower age limit specified for man or woman All the best..... |

Re: What is the age limit of TET exam in UP for general candidate? his time state government of Uttar Pradesh ( UP ) has revised its recruitment rules for teachers recruitment in the state; Last month they invited online applications for BTC & other courses and in the advertisement, it is given that the age limit for applicants when they will appear for the recruitment, will be 21 to 35 years . If we get back in 2011; Then at that time it was from 21 to 40 years so it is possible that for the upcoming recruitment of 72, 825 primary teachers, it should be 21 to 40 years . If it comes with 21 to 35 years then a huge list of candidates will be out of eligibility criteria and 72, 825 will be selected so I think the left candidates have no competition |

Candidates should be graduate from recognise university.You must have B.Ed degree. There is no upper age limit for any category. Syllabus for the TET: There will be 5 subjects. 1. Child development and pedagogy 2. Language I (the medium of instruction) 3. Language II (chosen from a list other than language I) 4. Mathematics 5. Environmental studies |

Board of High School & Intermediate Education, Allahabad is going to conduct the Uttar Pradesh Teachers Eligibility Test (UPTET 2012) for recruitment of Primary & secondary teachers in Govt and Private schools of state. Notification for the UP TET 2012 will be declared soon at local news papers and main official site of Bord, But according to the trend of last year you can get information on month of July or August and Examination will be conducted on month of November. How to get UP TET Application Form 2012 : Education Board of Uttar Pradesh will published the application form on the month of September 3rd week. You can get it the form from the official site or local branch of bank. Cost of application will be 500/- for general & OBC while Rs. 250/- for SC/ST candidates, still exact information is about to come, Which includes the fee of information brochure and booklet as well. Important Dates ( Tentative) :- Issue of Notification : 2nd week of August, Sales of application form : 3rd week September, Last date to fill up the form : 15th October, Dispatch of Admit Card : October last week, Date of examination : November 1st week, Declaration of Results : December or January 1st half. UP TET Exam Syllabus 2012 : Since the Entrance examination will be conducted for teachers of class 1st to 5th and class 6th to 7th. So if you are appearing for 1st category you will have papers of Senior Secondary or equivalent degree. While for 2nd category you have to complete the B.A. / B.Sc. from recognized college will able to give the answers of general questions as well. We are request you to check out the prospect for more details about the papers & Syllabus of UPTET. Certificate for all the successful candidates will be issued which is valid for 5 years. There is no limit for number of trial you give to pass the Uttar Pradesh Teachers Eligibility Test.
