Re: Eligibility criteria for engineering students in HCL company? HCL is one of the good company in IT and software and linked company. To be eligible for get recruit in this company one must have scored more then 60% marks in the academic qualifications of 10+2+4. The students who appearing for the HCL company must have no pending backlogs as well as they must not have education gap more than two years. |

I am waiting for my doj... i finished 12th then diploma.. and then BE... during campus i just submitted only 10th diploma and BE marks... I didnt give 12th marks because of low percentage.... will there be any problem during joining... need some advice.... |

Sir,ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR HCL CAMPUSPLACEMENT The eligibility criteria for HCL campusplacement is as follows... -> 60 % in 10th, 12th and UG/PG degree. -> Maximum of 2 years study gap. -> No current arrears. -> Good communication and Technical Skills. POINTS TO NOTE : -> The eligibility criteria for companies coming in for campus placement may vary depending uponthe grade of the college... -> The above mentioned criteria is the common eligibility followed for most of the colleges.. |

But so far I did not get any recruitment order. I came to know that due to recession in Europe Compney is not getting orders and that is why it is not giving posting orders ro selected candidates. The eligibility criteria for Campus recruitment is as follows: a) your 10th , 12 th, and BTech marks should be grater than equal to 60%. b) Maximum two year study gap between your 12th and BTech. c)No any present back For off campus recruitment, along with above mentioned condition your BTech marks should be grater than equal to 50%. best of luck |

Eligibility criteria for HCL - 1.Candidate should have 60% throughout the academic carrier. 2.No backlogs are allowed . 3.Year gap more than two years are not allowed. 4.Good communication skill.
