Hi dear,

The eligibility to join ISRO is:

The candidate must have a bachelor's degree from a recognised university.

He/she should have a master's degree with at least 55% marks.

So you can join ISRO as you have completed BE in mechanical.

After completing the course in ISRO, you can do research works and gaining more experience you can join NASA.

Hi!
For getting into the ISRO or NASA you need to have hi-fi profile such as
1.B.E/B.Tech from reputed organisation.
2.M.E/M.Tech from reputed organisation having subjects like aerodynamics,aerospace etc.
3.Phd in aerospace, aerodynamics or any subjects related to the space.
you need these degrees rom reputed institutes like IITs,IIST,NITs etc.

For getting into NASA you need minimum of 5 years of work experience in ISRO or in BARC.

you can apply in ISRO exam after your btech courses.

minimum 65% marks in btech is require to join in ISRO.

age limit 21-29.

isro takes 3 departments:
cs,mechanical and ece.
going through their entrance you could join isro.
forms comes in feb,exams in april.
For nasa you can fill as any candidates,from whatever branch.

for ISRO exam you have to catch the entrance exam of ISRO .
If you can beat it then you can call for interview . and finally you can enter in the ISRO.

The syllabus is your whole B.tech syllabus you have to prepare the all of your trade subject for clearing it's entrance .

the exams os ISRO is so tuff. so prepare well

Hi,

To join ISRO, There is a written test followed by personality rounds to get placed. literally the notification on application for engineer's entry appears in the Employment news.I believe, mostly in the month of April. The centre for written examination is Bangalore. The date of Examination will come with the notification.

The questions will be mostly based on thermodynamics, fluid mechanics etc.

So do keep checking EMPLOYMENT NEWS.

dude it is a bit difficult.
but i can tell you a way which is not so difficult. try out gate exam and get into the best iit you can get..then after you must be in a very good rank in iit too.
from here i can wish that you get a placement in isro.
after lot of experience from isro(at least 15 yrs. or so) you can also try for nasa. but you would get it through recommendations only...
also apart from nasa you can get into space program of Russia and Japan too.
