Re: Maximum age limit relaxation for general candidates? You haven't mention for which job or education, you are talking about. But for general category, there is no age relaxation in any job exam as well as entrance exam. |

Re: Maximum age limit relaxation for general candidates? My dear friend, There is no age relaxation for general candidates. OBC candidates normally get 3 years and SC/ST candidates will gate 5 years age relaxation. |

Since your question seems to be incomplete because you have not mentioned about any particular department, examination or post, it is not possible to give you the perfect answer you needed, however, for most of the jobs in the government sector, the maximum age limit for candidates belonging to general category is 30 years. In some of the departments like in the CBI, Income Tax, the maximum age limit is 27 years and for central police force, it's 25 years. |
