As you said you are interested only in biology, then you have to options to take for your future... -> Medical -> Engineering -> You can take medical MBBS which is the best for you as you are interested in Biology. -> If you think that you cannot make up with good cut-off marks for medical, then you can take Bio-informatics or Bio - Technology in your engineering course which is more or less based on Biology. -> Career option for medical line is huge now a days, and as of engineering bio is playing major role in most of research area, so once you finish your engineering course am sure you will end up with a good placement in bio field if you work hard with interest in it. |

Here is the list of career options you will have after 12th class:------------ 1.MBBS 2.BDS 3.Medical representative 4.Biotechnology 5.Genetics 6.Bio chemistry 7.Microbiology 8.B.Pharm etc.. You can go for any these courses after completion of 12th class , all these courses are job prospective.. So, don't get confuse, just go for a field in which you have lots of interest.. Hi, you can built your career in many areas after completing 12th with biology., however the best may be mbbs..for this you have to do excellent in the entrance exams.. You can also choose 1. Vatenary 2.bds B.H.M.S and B.A.M.S can also be done.., if you have interest in pharmacy than you can do B.pharm .. You can also do B.sc in microbiology zoology botany biochemistry etc. You can also do bba n bbm in science related streams.., |

There are lot of options available in biology stream.You can consider taking B.Sc biochemistry, biotechnology, microbiology, biomedical, pharmacology etc. After taking up B.Sc course you can go in for jobs like teaching, research laboratories, botanical gardens. You only need to decide what your final career path should be and based on that select the subject. |

Re: Career options after completion of 12th with Biology? Dear pal, with biology as your subject you have a wide options of choosing course . You can get into MBBS a profession for serving the people after which you can do your specialisation in the wide field that is available for you. Without opting for mbbs you can also do b.pharm or b.sc course in biotechnology, nursing, microbiology, etc. With biology if you have chosen maths you can also do all the course in engineering biology related field like biotechnology, biomedical engineering. |

It is better if the candidate choose the course of his own interest. The best course to do after 12th with Biology is MBBS or Medicine. In order to be given admission for this course, one should have to secure excellent rank in the respective entrance exam especially for the candidates of General category. There will be Pharmacy related courses for the candidates to make their entry like -D.Pharmacy -B.Pharmacy. You may als opt for various courses like -Veterinary -BDS You may opt for various courses under 3 year Graduation like B.Sc with any of the following subjects as stream -Biotechnology -Biochemistry -Microbiology -Botany -Zoology You may also opt for -BCA -BBM -BBA if you don't want to pursue your graduation with science related stream. |
