Re: Am I eligible for NDA Exam? ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR NDA EXAM Those candidate have completed their 12th standard are eligible for NDA exam. But your age should be in between 16.5 to 19 years. Your date of birth is 19 mar 1994 so you are eligible for NDA exam. Only unmarried male candidate are applicable. SELECTION PROCEDURE FOR NDA EXAM:- 1) Written test which is conducted by UPSC. 2)Personal Interview. So more details about NDA exam , you can visit to UPSC website. |

National Defense Academy (NDA) exam is conducted by upsc twice in a year to intake qualified Candidate for different department in Defense service like Indian Airforce, Indian Navy,Indian Army etc. Eligibility criteria for NDA-I/NDA-II exam: Education qualification: Minimum candidate should complete 12th class with PCM stream. Age Limit: Age should be between 16 1/2 to 19 years. Citizenship: Indian NDA-I and NDA-II exam are conducted twice in year, because the person who was not able to attend for NDA-I exam, he can apply for NDA-II exam in the same year, without having gap between the education. Important dates for NDA-2012 exam: NDA-I exam notification for this year: Issue of application form from 31st Dec 2011 to 30th Jan 2012. Exam will held on 15th April 2012. NDA-II exam notification for this year: Issue of application form from 5th May 2012 to 4th June 2012. Exam will held on 19th Aug 2012 |

Hi dear NDA exam is a good exam For this 2012 important date :- 30th december 2011 notification date 30th January 2012 last date of submit application form 15th APRIL 2012 exam date If candidate pass 12th science math as a subject Must be an Indian Age- 16.5 to 19 years Then candidate apply for NDA exam............ You must be a student from science background at your 10+2 level. --It seems that your age is within the required limit. Re: Am I eligible for NDA Exam? dear friend, Eligibility for NDA exam:- 1.One must have complete the 12th in any trade, with 60% aggregate from a recognized central/state board.. 2.The age should be in between 16.5-19 years. 3.Candidate must be citizen of India.. As you have mentioned that you date of birth is 19th march 1994 , then you are eligible for NDA exam 2012.. So, don't worry, just prepare yourself.. All the best. |

Candidate appearing for above examination can also apply. Unmarried male candidates only Age between 16 1/2 to 19 years Nationality - A candidate must be either: A citizen of India, or A subject of Bhutan, or A subject of Nepal, or A Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January, 1962, with the intention of permanently settling in India, or A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, the East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zambia, Malawi, Zaire and Ethiopia and Vietnam, with the intention of permanently setting in India) Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) and (v) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India. Certificate of eligibility will not, however, be necessary in the case of candidates who are Gorkha subjects of Nepal. |

As per your date of birth, you are totally eligible for the NDA (NATIONAL DEFENSE ACADEMY), This examination is conducted by UPSC (UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION) every years for two times, the age limit for this examination is 16.5-19 years, Though this exam, one can apply for all the branches of the Indian force,.- 1.NAVAL WING 2.AIR FORCE WING 3.MILITARY BRANCH, for appear in this examination, you must have 12th degree from a recognized board, for apply for the AIR & NAVAL wing , you must PHYSICS, & MATHS in 12th, you must have scored at least 60% in 12th standard. also you must have Indian nationality, & having marital status UNMARRIED. |
